- Thank you for your interest! Renuvion® is used under the skin for tightening and lifting the skin of the neck and jowls and can be applied to resurface the skin to remove deeper lines and wrinkles. This technology restores healthy, glowing skin, and reveals what you looked like 10-20 years ago.
- Hi, Thanks for your reply! Yes, Dr. does offer plasma resurfacing and is seeing accelerated healing when he adds in stem cells serum – very exciting! I would be happy to schedule a consultation with him so you can learn more.
- Yes we do also provide Renuvion Resurfacing, we are offering specials until the end of April. Resurfacing is not recommended during the summer time so we want patients to take advantage of discounts before then. We have before and after pictures, pictures during the healing process, videos from a patient during the healing process, and short videos of the treatment being done. Let me know if you would like to schedule a consultation to hear more from the doctor, as well as see pictures and videos.
- thank you for inquiring about our skin resurfacing procedures. You are correct in that Renuvion is not FDA approved for skin resurfacing, however it is being used very successfully off label for this purpose. We have been doing this procedure since it became available. The results are even better than the fully ablative CO2 laser resurfacing with significantly less risk of burns, scars or hyperpigmentation. You also have the option of doing a CO2 laser fractional resurfacing or Radio frequency miconeedling procedure. You may review the information on our web site.
- I received your inquiry regarding facial rejuvenation. We are doing Renuvion facial resurfacing and it has phenomenal results. Dr. would need to see you in order to evaluate if this is the appropriate and best choice of treatment for what you are looking to achieve. We would love to meet you. Please call the office for a consult appointment or ask to speak to me if you would like to chat more.
- Thank you for your interest in our Renuvion facial resurfacing treatment. We have had tremendous results and our patients have been extremely pleased with the outcome. - I am contacting you regarding your email request. We do not have that type of laser here however what I would suggest would be to come in for a free consultation with our Aesthetician and she can recommend the best treatment for you!
- No we do not offer Renuvion. I have not heard of this treatment. We do offer a vast variety of treatments that would improve your skin that are both noninvasive & invasive, depending on what would be most appropriate. What would be best is to schedule a consult so one of our Aestheticians and/or Doctors can thoroughly evaluate your skin. We can set up a skin care consult & take it from there or if you would like to set up a consult with Dr. He is our facial plastic surgeon, although you may not need surgery, he can evaluate your skin. Both consults would be no charge.
- We do not offer this treatment. We do offer free consultation with our cosmetic consultant
- Yes, we use the Renuvion device for dermal resurfacing, also known as skin tightening.
- The long and the short is yes we do use it for resurfacing but only if your skin type is appropriate. Otherwise Dr. has a Co2 fractionated laser for other skin types. It is best that you come in for a consult to discuss.
- Yes, that is the main purpose. Would you like to make an appointment for a consultation?
- Hi, we would love to see you in person for an evaluation to help determine what is the best treatment for you. Renuvion is FDA approved, and in fact we performed a procedure on a patient today. We are able to give you a free evaluation at our office this week.
- I am not currently using it for dermal resurfacing because I do not perform dermal or epidermal resurfacing on anyone with any modality at this point. Renuvion for dermal resurfacing is safe in the right hands and on the right skin type though.
- While we do not offer the Renuvion brand of rejuvenation, we do offer J plasma. You can use both for dermal resurfacing and as far as we know, it is proven to be safe. If you’re looking for a less intense treatment, we also offer Fractora which incorporates radio frequency along with micro-needling.
- Good morning.Thank you for your recent inquiry on facial rejuvenation. It sounds like you are someone who has done their homework regarding products that are on the market. That’s great. It’s important to be an educated consumer. Renuvion, also known as J-Plasma can be used for resurfacing. In fact, Dr. will be performing it this morning. It’s hard to say what would be the best option for you, without seeing you.We have seen great results with J-Plasma, TCA Chemical Peels and Microneedling. Different procedures, for different needs and degrees of skin laxity.
- Renuvion is a fantastic treatment for acne scars and deep wrinkles. However, we also have the Fraxel Restore (Non-ablative) and Repair (CO2), the Halo Pro, Clear & Brilliance, Nano Laser Peel for non-ablative and ablative skin rejuvenation, plus Thermage and BBL Skin Tyte to reduce skin laxity, fillers for volume restoration and skin laxity, surgery, etc. I think it best for you to come in for a consultation. We can talk about everything – your skin care regime, past treatments, future goals, etc.
- Yes we do Renuvion for dermal surfacing.
- Thank you for contacting our office! We have a variety of treatments that may be able to address your concerns. We do offer the Renuvion treatment. This can be done internally or externally. Both are considered surgical procedures that would need to be done under a general anesthesia. The external procedure does have at least 3 months of down time but we have seen some excellent results. We also offer laser treatments, microneedling, microdermabrasion, and hydro-facials.
- We received your email that you were interested in Jplasma. What area were you hoping to have skin tightening? Jplasma is amazing for skin tightening. Would you like to call me on Monday to discuss?
Negative Responses
- Thanks for your inquiry. For skin resurfacing, Dr. uses the Sciton laser to perform ProFractional or HALO treatments. He does not use the Renuvion device for that purpose, although it can be used for same.
- We have another technology that is great for skin tightening and acne scarring: INTRAcel by Perigee. It’s new enough to us that we don’t yet have it listed on the website. We are getting exciting results with it.
- As a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with over 30 years of practice, Dr. and staff will work with you to ensure a comfortable and informative visit as you discuss your surgical goals. Dr. was an early adopter of the Renuvion, or JPlasma, device. It is recommended for skin tightening following liposuction, however she does not use it for skin resurfacing. If skin quality is a real issue, laser resurfacing may be the perfect solution. Erbium and fractional lasers use an intense light beam to correct issues such as sun damage, crepey skin, wrinkles, or acne scars. The laser removes the epidermis and reveals the underlying skin, which looks smoother, younger and rejuvenated. Majority of our patients request laser resurfacing on their face. However, Dr. can also offer the procedure on hands, arms, knees, the neckline, and other areas. The recovery time from laser resurfacing typically requires 3-10 days, depending on the treatment.
- Thank you for the information. As for dermal resurfacing with Renuvion, at this present moment it is not FDA cleared yet, but will be in the future. We offer state-of-the-art options for dermal resurfacing. Below I’ve outlined the technologies we offer: Smartskin Co2 + – a very sophisticated fractional resurfacing laser system. Secret RF Microneedling – a device unlike any other on the market today. You can read more on this here and watch a video of the doctor performing the treatment. If I can assist with anything additional – please let me know. If you are interested, I would recommend an in-person complimentary consultation.
- We are doing skin tightening with ThermiRF vs. Renuvion. Dr. was doing the Renuvion but feels the ThermiRF gives better results.
Please give me a call if you wish to set up a consultation. - Thank you for your interest in our practice. Yes! We have Renuvion and we are getting some great results. We are very excited about this new technology for skin tightening. This can be used on tummys, thighs, hips, bra fat and necks. We can do these procedures in our office setting with IV sedation provided. Please do not hesitate to email questions or call the office for a consultation. (Note, this response says Renuvion is for liposuction, not dermal resurfacing, which is why we classified it as “Negative”.)
- We do not use THAT. However we have many other products and devices.
- Yes we have the Renuvion but I do not use it for resurfacing. I mainly use it for skin tightening. I have a CO2 laser that I use mainly for resurfacing.
- Discover the DermaSweep difference!Strong enough to treat fine lines and wrinkles, laxity, Hyper-Pigmentation, Acneic Skin, Rough uneven skin texture, Dry Skin, Oily skin and acne scarring, yet gentle enough to treat sensitive skin like Rosacea, blemishes, and the eye area. What other infusion system can do that?
- Thank you for your online inquiry, and your educated question. I consider the Renuvion technology safe for skin resurfacing, however, the patient needs to be aware of the prolonged recovery time. The J plasma technology for resurfacing is very similar to full face CO2 skin resurfacing, although I have performed many CO2 Laser skin resurfacing, therefore, I still consider it the gold standard for predictive skin resurfacing. The next technology that I frequently use is Fractora. This technology is microneedling radiofrequency. This technology although not as aggressive the downtime is much less with the ability to get good deep skin contraction even in our darker skin patient. The list continues, in order to make an educated recommendation, it is best that you make an appointment and allow me to evaluate you to make the most appropriate recommendations given your skin and cosmetic goals.
- We actually purchased it initially to do resurfacing. But we found that the patient comfort level was difficult to maintain In the office. The protocols have changed since we initially purchased it. I am wondering what your ethnic background is. I would not recommend for darker skin types. I would be concerned about hyperpigmentation issues. I also wonder your age and how much resurfacing that you are wanting. We also have the Sciton Laser which can do microlaser peels with about 7-10 days of downtime depending on the depth. Have you ever had any laser or chemical peel treatments in the past?
- We offer a lot of different facial rejuvenation service! You are correct, the Renuvion resurfacing is in the works of becoming an approved treatment, but it is not there quiet yet. We have had many great successful procedures using this technique so far! We also offer Facetite as well as Morpheus 8, which when used together can have amazing results! To know which procedure is best, we would need to schedule you for a consultation. I would be more than happy to help schedule this.
- We do offer those services here at our office, but in order to tell you what services are going to work best for you personally, we would want you to come in so we could assess your skin. We do offer free consultations, and would love to get you scheduled at your convenience.
- The concerns you mentioned can be addressed by a few different procedures. We typically suggest Micro Needling, Micro Needling with Radio Frequency or ablative lasers. A consultation would be required for us to properly asses you and provide a treatment plan.

- Thank you for your inquiry regarding facial skin rejuvenation at Enhance Medical Center/ MedSpa. We do not offer Renuvion, but have other treatment options for dermal resurfacing. Our Palomar Icon 1540 Non Ablative Fractional Laser is a monthly skin resurfacing procedure. Most patients require at least 4 treatments. Our Vivace microneedling with radiofrequency technology is an excellent option for patients who’d like to achieve overall skin rejuvenation with minimal downtime. We also offer microneedling with Platelet Rich Plasma, sometimes known as a “Vampire Facial” because we used platelets extracted from the patient’s own blood. I perform this monthly treatment for many women in their 50’s who’d like tighter, brighter skin, and have superficial scars.

What we like to do is customize a treatment plan for each patient.
- yes we do the Renuvion/J Plasma procedure along with several other skin rejuvenation treatments to target skin laxity, pigmentation, scarring and many other conditions. You may not even need something as aggressive as Renuvion. We can set you up with an aesthetic evaluation and our Aesthetic Director can meet with you and educate you about the different treatments that will treat the conditions you mentioned.
